The design was intended to be a natural continuation of AGGRESSIVE’s highly technological and bold branding, already well established in the industry. The main principle behind the user experience design was to allow new studio clients to quickly and effortlessly navigate the large and diverse body of Alex and Dan’s work. The intention of the user journey design was to communicate the main service categories and enable visitors to browse the extensive portfolio through the use of filters.

The emphasis of each Case Study page is on elegantly presenting the content, the “behind the scenes” imagery, list of recognitions, and a separate “Credits” module. The design is intentionally minimalistic to allow users to immerse themselves in the content of each project.

The choice of aesthetics for interactions was intended to be a natural extension of AGGRESSIVE’s bold branding—grounded in digital roots, their highly technical skills, and their ability to execute complex projects based on deep knowledge of state-of-the-art technology.

Outside of the conventional case study layout, which is easily accessible from the list of work, visitors are encouraged to use the Quick Play functionality that provides an opportunity to view full-length work while maintaining quick access to the entire studio portfolio.

Interface invites visitors to explore more advanced functionality, allowing them to filter the work and better understand the three main areas of production: “Live Action,” “Design & Animation,” and “Experiential.” To ensure the best viewing experience across different contexts, users can switch between light and dark modes at any time.
