The spark behind the true meaningful connection comes from educated intuition. Uninformed intuition grasps attention but rarely endures. Following what’s tried, quantifiable and true, promises safety, but feels empty. Our mission is to methodologically understand what is known, so that the new ideas can bravely express the meaning found in unknown.

Product Design

At the intersection of Art Direction and Product Design, Signal-A blends creativity with strategic intent. In our work, we don’t look for safety in the status-quo. At the same time, we don’t think that indulgence in self-expression can substitute for the substance. Our mission is to build new products with a deep appreciation of the legacy of design, while intentionally pushing the envelope of conformism to surprise, delight, and to connect.

Process

Development

Elegantly written code and extensive quality assurance is the foundation of a flawless customer experience. Depending on the scope, business goals, and nature of the interactions, most projects are developed using custom code and integrated with widely accessible content management tools. Some projects may be built entirely using the Webflow, Framer, or other No-Code platform, offering the advantage of efficiency and timely delivery.

Release

Planning and execution of a stable release, especially for time-sensitive deployments of a new product is essential. Engineers and quality assurance team working on your project keeps a close eye over every step of the new project launch, supporting it through the deployment phase and offers a post-release support guaranteeing follow-up improvements, fixes and ensuring the quality and stability of the platform.

Support

Your brand is evolving and so should your online presence. We monitor the success of each of the projects, support it, update it and optimize it for the long-term success of your brand.

Discovery

Discovery phase starts with identifying your goals, ambitions, past successes, and challenges. We map the competitive landscape and establish brand and product positioning. We align your communication and product structure with both short-term and long-term opportunities.

Definition

In the Definition phase, we review the essential insights from the Discovery phase and map them into a desired user journey. The outline of the journey is influenced by the perspective of strategy, design, and technology. We explore visuals, define the key metrics of success, scout new technical solutions, and build the foundations of a user experience that aligns with your brand’s unique voice.

Design

The Design phase, informed but the user journey built in the Definition phase, starts with moodboarding process and explorations of typography, main design themes, visual styles, and design patterns that constitute the core of the User Experience. We then meticulously craft the design of each specific function mapped in the Definition phase. The emphasis of this stage is on a thoughtful and careful process of laying out a user-centric experience that puts emphasis on alignment with the brand voice, brand positioning and conversion.

We prioritize measurable impact on our client's goals but we also appreciate the value of the recognition that comes from releasing well-crafted work into the world. Leszek Juraszczyk, founder of Signal-A Studio, has worked as an Art Director for some of the world’s most renowned advertising agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, and has led product design teams for seed-stage through growth-stage startups such as WeWork. His projects has been recognized with leading industry awards. With a formal background in psychology and a passion for building digital products, he founded Signal-A Studio to create a canvas for collaboration with business owners, founders, artists and other creative minds.
